SAGA SHIPPING A/S was established in 1972 to accommodate the need for a local agent in Skagen, from that moment the company has grown progressively. Since 2002 SAGA SHIPPING A/S has been a member of the WRIST Group, Aalborg, Denmark.

1983 P/R Skawlink (offshore) established
2002 Saga Shipping A/S sold to O.W. Group
2003 Newbuilding (”Skawlink III”)
2003 Part owner of I/S Skagen Harbourpilots (”Skawlink I”)
2004 Commenced offshore activities in Copenhagen with ”Soundlink” (ex. ”Skawlink”)
2005 Takeover the daily administration of ”James”.
